• How do you ship orders?
    Orders are shipped by Fed Ex two-day ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on destination. Specific information can be viewed before placing your order on the Shipping Page.
    To ensure the best rate and speedy delivery, orders are ONLY shipped out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

    We ship our products in insulated coolers with cold packs.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can order our products online, through our website.
  • What about cross-contamination?
    We do work from a facility that uses eggs, dairy, nuts, wheat, soy and corn. We make every effort to thoroughly clean our equipment, but if you have a severe food allergy we don't want you to put yourself in harm's way!
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes. We do not use any animal products or animal by-products (as in bone char) in our cookie dough.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    Our store utilizes PayPal for all transactions.
    You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. If you are an infrequent PayPal user, then you can make use of their "Account Optional" service. This allows you to make a PayPal payment via credit or debit card without setting up a PayPal account. You are allowed to use this service ten (10) times. After that, you are required to set up a standard account.
